Bright garnet hue with savoury/spice aromas of wild thyme, rosemary, fennel and mushroom complemented by dark cherry, ripe strawberry and dried rose petals. The elegantly structured palate is layered and compact with a purposeful flow, much like an alpine river in springtime. This exceptional vintage has the fine tannins and exquisite perfume that are the hallmarks of Gibbston Pinot Noir. Concentrated and delicious at release, this wine will continue to provide enjoyment for 20+/- years.

Harvested on 4th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 16th & 27th April 2023. 25% whole bunch fruit, aged in 27% new oak for 11 months. Unfined, unfiltered. 2,600 dozen total production.
