The BMW G8X models feature a ZF 8HP automatic gearbox, which is known for its speed and strength. It is built to cope with the high power of the S58 engine. Overheating can lead to slower gear changes and, in severe cases, damage to the transmission.

The do88 performance transmission cooler significantly boosts cooling efficiency. Our engineers have redesigned the core of the cooler, increasing its volume by 71% and the cooling surface area by 50% while keeping oil pressure similar. We use harmonica tubes with internal channels, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency. This design raises the cooling capacity with a 42% increase in oil volume.
