The carbon steel customized by Huashu from steel mills is different from fake carbon steel with more iron (Fe) impurities on the market. The carbon content of the carbon steel customized by the new Huashu series drum is based on the carbon content of Luru’s original high-end carbon steel model. The content is customized as a reference, the ratio is very stable, and the feature is that there is no "iron knocking" and it solves the problems of rust and intonation.

Upgrade Design

  • There is a lotus hollow at the bottom of the upgraded 11-tone, which can reduce the vibration during percussion and reduce the mixing of the sound caused by excessively long sustain.

  1. Made of high-quality Carbon Steel material, The water-based paint surface, with fine finished surface, nuisance-free and wear-resistant and does not fade, delicate and corrosion resistant.
  2. Steel Tongue Drum, also called Lotus Drum, implies to be happy to forget sorrow. Hand-built, artificially tuned, and the tone is accurate and sound. When playing it , a clean, ethereal, Buddha-like sound will be reverberating in the air.
  3. Having a sound stopper on the back, with a hidden function: changing the timbre of the Steel Tongue Drum. When sound stopper is installed, the timbre is fuller and deeper, the sustain tone is short, suitable for playing modern pop music; as sound stopper is disassembled, the timbre is clearer, louder and longer, suitable for playing Chinese classical music.

The pads have changed but still a good product
