The AL690 is compatible with most minivans and full-size vans only — it is not designed for SUVs or trucks. Vehicles with Stow-and-Go seating may require an adapter kit. The lift will not work in vehicles with custom moldings or foot rails on the door sill. The lift accommodates devices up to 275 lbs with a platform width range of 17"–28". The AL690 lifts unoccupied chairs only — the user must exit the device before loading. We confirm full compatibility on every order before it ships — no exceptions. Every rear-loading lift stores the mobility device at the back of the vehicle. The AL690 stores it right next to the side door — adjacent to the driver's or passenger's door depending on your van's configuration. Frequently Asked Questions
The AL690 is called a hybrid because it combines aspects of both outside hitch lifts and inside hoist lifts. Like an outside lift, the user guides the device onto a platform. Like an inside lift, the device is stored inside the vehicle during transit. The platform enters through the side door rather than the rear, positioning the device in the 2nd-row seating area. This gives it the interior protection and backup camera advantages of an inside lift, with the drive-on platform loading convenience of an outside lift.
Stow-and-Go seating (found in Chrysler/Dodge minivans) may require an adapter kit for the AL690 to mount correctly. Call us before ordering so we can confirm whether your specific van requires the adapter. 866-218-0902.

Great ball for limited entertainment. Replaceable outer shell is an amazing option!

Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell.
The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off.
For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it.
Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out.
The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

Great Interactive Option

To start, I have been very happy with this purchase. A couple of key points for me are durability and being able to keep my dog's attention. I have had it for almost a year, just a month shy, and she hasn't managed to get through the foam outer shell even though she tries real hard to do so. Let's just say, she's hard to find toys for because of her habit of finding the point of failure where she can pick and gnaw at until the toy is no longer safe for her to have. With this toy, she not only found her match, but it also has her watching, waiting, and even stalking. Only one small issue has recently occurred: the motor has started having an issue where the charge doesn't hold, and it doesn't remain on afterwards. I have reached out to Cheerble directly to see about replacing it since I am still within their 12-month timeframe, and they responded right away.

Quality product for the right dog...

Honestly it's a really cool product well constructed and moves around on its own with several different modes. The design id brilliant with a tough rubber ball that unscrew to expose the element that makes it move in the middle. The dog won't be able to unscrew it but you can if you ever need to replace the ball for any reason but it would take some work for a dog to destroy the outer ball. Almost like "Kong" type material. The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!

won’t give this product 1 star because my dog still had a good time with it for a few hours. After opening and preparing it, I gave it to my dog and it definitely caught his interest. However, when he chewed on it, plastic pieces started breaking off and he began swallowing them. This product is definitely not suitable for aggressive chewers.
