Inspired by poet Leonard Cohen’s famous quote “There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in”, this design celebrates the ways our experiences shape us, and the perfect beauty of imperfection. Created using pieces of Delft tile from the 1700’s — including two Italianate landscape scenes — we chose to leave in the cracks and slight imperfections from the original ceramic in our final print. The trim comes from an 1867 British book on classical ornamentation, and an earthenware plaque from the Netherlands painted in 1780.

The adjustable straps, oversized cut, and soft, flowy bamboo viscose make our Bohéme dresses a wardrobe staple for layering, running errands, dancing, lounging or napping — and they’re also a must-have for travel, wherever you roam.

Please note: The nature of our soft bamboo/wood viscose means it’s slightly sheer, so we recommend layering it with a slip when wearing it with bare legs. Our models in the photos are wearing the dresses without a slip.

100% viscose (derived from plant fibres such as wood and bamboo). Machine wash gentle or hand wash and hang to dry. Iron to finish if needed.

Adjustable straps. Dress measurements: S/M — length 132cm at shortest strap adjustment, 142cm at longest. Width 52cm (across bust, underarm to underarm), 54cm (across waist seam).

L/XL — 134 cm length at shortest strap adjustment, 144cm at longest. Width 57cm (across bust, underarm to underarm), 59 cm (across waist seam).
