Serpent 83,000,000 w/ Hammer SpikeThe Serpent packs more functions into one device than almost any stun gun in the lineup. Beyond the 83,000,000 volt stun, it has a self defense spike that doubles as a window breaker, four LED lights instead of the usual single bulb, a disable pin with wrist lanyard, three level safety, and a metal belt clip all in a unit small enough to pocket carry. The snakeskin textured body gives it a distinct look and a non slip grip surface. Serpent Stun Gun

Serpent Stun Gun Features and Specs

  • 83,000,000 volt stun: Produces a bright, crackling arc across the top contacts on test fire — the sight and sound can deter a confrontation before contact
  • Self-defense spike / window breaker: A hardened point on the base of the unit serves two purposes — hammer-strike an attacker in close quarters, or break tempered vehicle glass in an emergency
  • 4 LED lights: Four bulbs instead of one — significantly brighter than the single-LED flashlights on most stun guns
  • Disable pin with wrist lanyard: If someone pulls the device from your hand, the pin ejects and the stun function goes dead — it cannot be used against you
  • Three-level safety: Disable pin must be inserted, safety switch must be on, and activation button must be pressed — all three required before the stun will fire
  • Battery status indicator lights: Shows charge level so you know before you leave the house
  • Snakeskin textured body: Armored look with a non-slip grip that stays in your hand when wet or sweaty
  • Metal belt clip: Clips to a belt, waistband, or inside a purse
  • Micro USB rechargeable: Cord included — works with any standard Micro USB cable if the original is lost
  • Lifetime warranty

The self-defense spike is the feature that separates the Serpent from other mid-range stun guns. It gives you a physical strike option that works regardless of battery charge — if the stun runs low, the spike still functions as an impact tool. As a window breaker, it's a practical emergency feature for anyone who keeps a stun gun in their vehicle. Tempered auto glass is designed to resist blunt force but shatters on a focused point strike — the spike delivers exactly that.

The child-safety angle is worth noting: when the disable pin is removed, only the flashlight works. The stun function is completely disabled. If you have children in the home, you can store the pin separately and reinsert it when you leave. The stun gun becomes a harmless flashlight until the pin is replaced.

How does the Serpent compare to the Master Blaster?

Both have disable pins and three-level safety systems. The difference is what else they offer. The Master Blaster focuses on raw output — 95M volts and 4.9 milliamps with a finger-grooved ergonomic grip. The Serpent trades some voltage for added tools: the self-defense spike, window breaker, and quad LED lights. If you want maximum electrical output in a secure grip, the Master Blaster is the choice. If you want a multi-tool that handles more scenarios — vehicle emergencies, close-quarters striking, and illumination — the Serpent covers more ground.

Is the window breaker actually useful?

In a vehicle accident where doors won't open and the car is filling with water or smoke, a window breaker can save your life. Tempered side windows are nearly impossible to break with your fist or a blunt object, but they shatter cleanly from a focused point strike. Having one integrated into a device you already carry eliminates the need for a separate tool. If you keep a stun gun in your car door pocket or center console, the Serpent does double duty as both a defense tool and an emergency escape tool.

What does "three-level safety" mean in practice?

Three things have to happen before the Serpent will fire: the disable pin has to be inserted in the base, the safety switch has to be flipped on, and the stun activation button has to be pressed. This makes accidental discharge nearly impossible — something bumping around in a bag or pocket won't set it off. The trade-off is activation speed: you need to ensure the pin is in and the safety is on before the stun button will do anything. For simpler activation options, models without a disable pin require only a switch and a button press.

Perfect with a MacBook
The Anker USB C Hub works great with my MacBook Air. I paired it with the Anker 100W MacBook charger which plugs directly into the USB C Hub so I only have to plug in one cable like a true docking station. My Apple MagSafe charger stays in my briefcase so I always have a charger when I'm away from my desk. I also plug in my external monitor and an external hard drive. I highly recommend this product!

Great All-in-One Hub, With Few Limits
Style: 8 in 1 【2 HDMI + Ethernet】
This is a solid USB-C hub if you need to expand your laptop’s ports. It covers all the basics—dual HDMI, USB ports, Ethernet, and SD card slots—all in a compact design. Setup is plug-and-play, and it’s been reliable for everyday use. The dual monitor support is a big plus, but keep in mind on Mac, both screens will mirror instead of extend. Downsides: it can get a little warm with heavy use, and you’ll need your own power adapter to get full charging performance. Bottom line: Great value and functionality for most users—just know the limitations depending on your device.

Reliable Dual-Monitor Hub That Adds Useful Ports Without Extra Bulk
Style: 8 in 1 【2 HDMI + Ethernet】
Anker PowerExpand 8-in-1 USB-C PD Media Hub Dock is a very practical docking option if you want dual-monitor support without moving to a full desktop dock. The dual HDMI outputs make multi-screen setups easy, the extra USB ports handle everyday accessories well, and pass-through charging helps keep a laptop powered through a single connection. It is compact enough for travel but still feels sturdy for daily desk use. One important advantage is that setup is usually straightforward, though Mac users should know dual external displays may mirror instead of extend because of macOS limitations. Overall it offers strong value for productivity, home office use, and clean cable management.

Really solid docking station
Style: 8 in 1 【2 HDMI + Ethernet】
I’ve been using this Anker 8-in-1 docking station for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been a great upgrade for my setup. The dual HDMI ports work perfectly with my two monitors, and both displays look sharp in 4K. Plug-and-play was super easy — my laptop recognized everything right away. The hub itself feels sturdy and well-made, and it doesn’t take up much space on my desk. I also like that it has all the essential ports I need, so I’m not constantly unplugging and replugging things. My only small complaints are that it gets a bit warm when I’m running both monitors for a long time, and I wish the USB ports were spaced out a little more. Not huge issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, if you want a simple, reliable docking station for dual monitors, this one is a great choice. I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Compact, Budget Friendly, Decent Functionality
Style: 8 in 1 【2 HDMI + Ethernet】
The design is simple to use, small in size and is very lightweight. The value for your money is good when compared to other usb/hdmi dock hubs. The cable that runs from the device to your PC could be longer as it can be a little awkward depending on your desk configuration. The only problem I had was a small defect in manufacturing specifically with the ethernet port. There was an extra bit of metal casing that made it very hard to remove the ethernet connector after use and/or would scrape the plastic connector until it eventually made clearance in the plastic. It was rectified by simply removing the malleable defect with a small screwdriver. Overall it has been a good buy though and I would recommend it if you’re in need of additional monitor connectivity without breaking the bank.
