A 25% deposit plus taxes and fees is required to ensure your appointment for any service that exceeds $100. Deposits are non-refundable.

You may reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are also lost if you arrive more than 30 minutes late!

ANY CUSTOM COLOR SERVICES ON BUNDLES/ WIG MAKING SERVICES (WHERE CLIENTS PROVIDES THE HAIR) THE HAIR MUST BE BROUGHT IN 2-3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

100% unprocessed virgin hair can be provided for any services listed and can be purchased at an additional cost on our website or in-store( please indicate pier your appointment. If needed please contact us directly @ 929 210 9195 or send an email directly to [email protected]

I WILL NOT GO BEHIND ANOTHER STYLIST WORK TO FIX OR MAINTAIN AN INSTALL THAT WAS NOT DONE BY ME.

There are extra fees for using weft hair that has been previously cut (not by me), and for washing your extension hair if not already washed and condition. Any additional bundles will be an extra $20 fee per bundle. I will need any frontal in advance for customization. The total process time will take 3-4 business days.
