The Bobrick B-6737x24 Surface-Mounted Towel Bar is designed to enhance the appearance of a shower area located in any hospitality, institutional, service or industrial business, while keeping maintenance to a minimum. The towel bar has a satin finish, which is less reflective than a polished surface to make fingerprints harder to see, cutting down on the amount of cleaning required to keep it looking spotless. Type-304 stainless steel of a heavy gauge is used to make the square bar, which measures 24 inches in length by 3/4 of an inch in thickness. Mounting is achieved on any type of hard surface via two, type-304, 16-gauge mounting plates, which are attached to 16-gauge stainless steel mounting brackets in the flanges with locking setscrews. The flanges and the support arms are made of 22-gauge stainless steel crafted with all-welded construction. After installation, the distance between the towel bar and the wall or other mounting surface is 3-1/4 inches.
