The light set easily installs without tools and the silicone straps make it so the lights fit almost any size handlebar or seat post. Both lights are USB rechargeable, and a micro-USB charging cable is included. The high-powered headlight offers three modes and a built-in power gauge, while the 30 Lumen Glow Tech(TM) tail light uses the latest COB (Chip on Board) technology with 5 different modes. Glow Tech(TM) COB technology condenses LED's closer together compared to a regular LED light, giving off an ultra bright glow effect.
