MidNite Solar Combiner Enclosure for 3 300VDC Breakers and High Voltage (200-250VDC) Charge Controller - MNPV6-250

The MNPV6-250 is designed for 200 and 250 VDC charge controllers such as the MidNite Solar Classic. This gray aluminum Type 3R rainproof enclosure features an insulating dead front and will accept three 300 VDC MidNite Solar breakers. This configuration enables high-voltage PV arrays with up to 3 strings of modules in series, significantly reducing wire costs over long distances from the array to the battery bank. High-Voltage Design: Specifically designed for 200V and 250VDC charge controllers, making it ideal for higher-voltage off-grid and grid-tie systems. When putting multiple modules in series, pay attention to VOC during cold spells to avoid over-voltage.

3-Circuit Capacity with 300V Breakers: Accepts up to three 300VDC MidNite Solar breakers (sold separately). Note that 300VDC breakers take up two spaces each, allowing three breakers in this enclosure. Available breaker ratings include 7, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, and 50 amps.

Type 3R Rainproof Enclosure: Gray aluminum NEMA 3R enclosure provides protection against rain, sleet, snow, and external ice formation for outdoor installations.

Insulating Dead Front: Includes an insulating dead front cover for added safety and protection against accidental contact with live components.

Copper Bus Bars: Comes with tin-plated copper bus bars for circuit breakers (one for breakers, one for fuses). The busbar can be split to accommodate two separate charge controller systems in one enclosure.

Flexible Mounting Options: Can be mounted vertically or slanted backwards to accommodate up to a 3/12 roof pitch.

Multiple Knockout Locations: Knockouts for PV input and output on bottom and sides. Top surface allows conduit entry from directly above the enclosure.

Compact Footprint: Measures 9" × 14" × 4", fitting comfortably in space-conscious installations while providing ample wiring room.
