With ceramicists in the family, clay has been part of Melbourne-based David Elliot’s life since his early childhood. After completing his PhD in chemistry and working as a research scientist, his passion for ceramics was reignited, leading to a wholesale sculptural ceramics business. Following a break and some time spent gardening and making planters, Buzzby and Fang was born. Buzzby and Fang owes its name to David’s two beloved dogs and the joy they bring. Names of pets past and present feature in the product range.
