When we were tasting samples and talking about prospective blends, Pat’s insights and palate were crucial to what would become Save Me San Francisco.
Save Me San Francisco is a 2023 Cabernet based blend from Napa and Sonoma counties. It has a classic Cabernet tannin profile, a nice compressed density to it, a dark berry fruit flavor profile, and some light spice on the finish. It’s a liquid reminder that we are all rockstars in our own ways, and it’s those small human moments we spend together that really matter. Hope you enjoy the wine and the moments, and keep rockin’!
