"Affordable and memorably labelled, this Spanish sparkling wine is made in Catalonia’s wine region of Penedes. Dibon Cava’s best attribute is its fresh bakery aromas, dry taste and lingering finish and it offers exceptionally good value for money" Joelle Thomson, Drinksbiz

DIBON Cava is an exciting project developed by the Tetas family, owners of Bodegas Pinord, founded in 1949.  Now run by the 3rd generation of the Tetas family, their winemaking interests centre around the region of Penedès and they acknowledged specialists in producing the great sparkling wines of the region, Cava.

DIBON Cava has been developed to complement Bodegas Pinord’s own range of Cava called Marrugat and was originally destined only for the local Spanish wine drinker appealing to perhaps a younger market than the historically significant Marrugat sparkling wines.

The DIBON Cava wines have been well received in International markets with the Dibon Cava Brut Reserve scoring 88/100 and a “Best Buy” recommendation from Wine Enthusiast magazine while also receiving a “Good Value” designation from Wine & Spirit.

This wine is a traditional blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes. Full of toasty, nutty, qualities with notes of cinnamon and corn meal making it very complex aromatically.

This finely bubbled Cava offers an elegant compote of fruit salad, citrus and a baked apple centre laced with sourdough, nuts and savoury Champagne-like characters.

What a Reading Experience!
Format: Kindle
If your goal is to better grasp reading the New Testament, this book is the one for you! For me, it changed everything in my understanding of these Jewish groups that suddenly "appear" in Matthew when you turn the page from Malachi. Who were the Saducees? The Pharisees? Where did they come from? The Davidic loyalists? The Herodians? The Essenes? It was brilliantly documented with great charts tying history to specific scripture. It also sheds meaningful light also on the ongoing political intrigue of the middle east. Loved this book and highly recommend it.

Interesting coverage.
Format: Hardcover
Interesting recount of the history of Israel itself, and it’s relation to its neighbors during the period between the years covered by the Old and New Testaments.

Will Dispell The Idea That There Are 400 Silent Years.
Format: Hardcover
This was a great read, covering the period from 500 BC to the 1st century CE. It's solidly rooted in the Bible and presents a clear, easy-to-follow narrative of a historically complex era. Thanks to this book, I now see the Gospels as a natural continuation of that time. The insights into the power struggles among various sects are particularly compelling, as is the exploration of how compromises were made in the pursuit of influence. A truly worthwhile read!
