Details: Green Mountain Grills Wood Fired Pizza Oven Attachment DB JB GMG-4023 Convert your Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone or Jim Bowie Pellet Grill model into a wood-fired gourmet pizza oven! The pizza oven attachment captures and funnels the heat from the firebox directly up and into the solid steel baking chamber encasing the included pizza stone. This process raises the internal temperature of your pellet grill to that of a real wood-burning pizza oven. It creates temperatures upwards of 800°F, allowing you to cook restaurant-quality pizzas in 2-4 minutes. It’s also useful for baking bread at 400°F – 600°F, and for searing steaks at 900°F. This attachment fits the GMG Daniel Boone and Jim Bowie models only. Dimensions are 19.69 (L) x 16.54 (W) x 10.24 (H) inches.
