Position one of the four screws around a nipple, then twist the beaded tips to close. Here comes the twist - there's a heavy weighted sphere dangling from the base of each. I've had this for a week and I'm impressed! There is no skimping on quality, which is rare nowadays. It is made extremely well, solid yet soft. I love the feel of the outer cover. It's comfortable and stays in place. And let me add... I'm putting it to the test. I have a rolling over-bed/couch desk. It has a raised 1/4" lip around the top. I put this wrist-rest on top of that lip. So far there's not any wear across the bottom of this wrist-rest. And that's with me using it for my wrists... and my elbows. It far surpasses the last rest I bought. From my experience, many sellers slap the phrase "memory foam" on their products when they are not. That's NOT the case here. This rest immediately bounces back to its original shape. It's true memory foam! It's so comfortable that I forget it's there yet I enjoy the comfort immensely. Also, it has no smell. ***From my experience so far... I highly recommend this product!
