The new limited release of our 2021 Pinot Noir Chardonnay was crafted from two vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. Then made using the méthode traditionnelle, traditional French winemaking method, and aged on lees for several years, enhancing their character and complexity while retaining lively, fresh fruit flavours prior to release.
Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, both grown in Margaret River. The wine was originally bottled in April 2021, then disgorged in April 2026.
A bright, beautiful pale gold in colour, this 2021 wine looks fabulously fresh, showcasing beautiful aromas of fresh baked sourdough, preserved lemon, hints of sweet spice complexity and a zippy saline note at the end. On the palate it’s all deliciously tart lemon and green apples, with an elegant, gently creamy mousse and lingering crisp finish.
