The Realtree max5 LensCoat for the Canon 500mm f/4 IS II Lens from LensCoat covers the lens with a 100% closed-cell neoprene coat, offering protection from weather, bumps, jars and nicks. This protective coat allows the lens to blend in with your surroundings, making it useful for nature and outdoor photographers since it can help camouflage the lens from wildlife. It is also an effective accessory for sports shooters and photojournalists as it provides a thermal barrier, protecting your hands from the cold lens surface in lower temperatures. The Realtree Max5 camouflage pattern offers maximum effectiveness in open terrain. The pattern incorporates cattails, reeds, cane and grasses to blend into flooded marshes, plus corn, wheat, oats and sunflowers to hide you in open fields.

It includes a clear plastic window located in such a position that you will still be able to maintain access to all lens functions including reading the distance scale. There is a handy alignment hole that will make mounting the lens to your DSLR body easy.

The LensCoat is easy to install and remove, and leaves no residue on the lens. It is also waterproof, providing protection to your lens in harsh conditions. The increased protection this covering offers can help preserve the resale value of your lens.

A clear, flexible UV-PVC window allows you to see the AF/IS/VR controls and the distance-scale window
Features a custom hole that reveals the red dot, making for easy alignment to the camera body without having to remove the cover
Helps maintain value of the lens by protecting it from scratches
Makes the lens easier to use in cold temperatures
Easy to install and remove - leaves no residue on lens
Can makes the lens less visible during wildlife photography

Used Watch?
Color: Black/Gray/Digital
The watch is great but the watch had been worn. The protective film was removed and it was loose in the watch box and not on the plastic holder. I bought a new watch not a used one. Joe

My last Timex and why.
Color: Black/Gray/Digital, Color: Black/Gray/Digital
New edit. Upon further reflection, I’ve only had, a couple of exploratory years with Swatch excepted, Timex watches. My first one was when my mother replaced the Chicita Banana “tickity tock” sticker with a real Timex wind up watch before my first Cub Scout camp. In addition to many other Timex products, I’ve had these Ironman watches for the past 25+years. Usually the band wears out and can’t be replaced after three or four years. This particular watch fell apart less than six weeks old. It wasn’t hit by impact. It just came apart while I was driving down the road. I wonder if they’ve changed their manufacturing process. See photo for details. What is truly infuriating is that rather than replacing it, because it is truly a warranty issue, the told me to ship it to their offshore repair facility (which could take 3-5 months) and pay what might be half the value of the watch. Things happen, but the intentional friction they have created to avoid their obligations borders on malpractice and speaks to their indifference toward customer experience and subsequent lifetime value.
