Designed by acclaimed speaker engineer Andrew Jones, the DF62 features three custom 6.5-inch aramid fiber woofers paired with a precision-engineered 1-inch soft-dome tweeter to produce deep bass, detailed midrange, and crisp, natural highs.

The woven aramid fiber drivers provide an ideal balance of strength and damping, reducing distortion while enhancing low-frequency extension and dynamic impact. A custom waveguide improves high-frequency dispersion and imaging, creating a wider, more immersive soundstage. The front-firing bass port allows for flexible placement near walls or entertainment centers without compromising performance.

Built with a rigid, internally braced MDF cabinet, the DF62 minimizes unwanted resonance and coloration for cleaner, more accurate audio reproduction. I’m kind of torn on these. I love them and I want to buy more because they were very affordable and very comfy! I’ve had them less than six months and they lose their plumpness after a few nights sleep but they are easy to fluff back up. They are pretty thick and firm but form to your head and neck perfectly..for me at least. I’ve tossed them in the washer and dryer and they have been fine. Fluffed right back up perfectly. The material inside seems to be clumping together now. it’s easy to fluff them back out but you can notice the spaces where they’re starting to clump and even though they can be fluffed again it does seem they are starting to become compacted and I find myself having to fluff them more often. I’ll see how much longer they’ll last, but I will buy again because they are pretty comfortable. I love the covers they came with also. They stay cool and wash easy! Overall, great for the price, maybe not in the long run if you continue to buy, but I’ll see how much longer they’ll stay in good shape!
