Installation Guide

  1. Safety First: Disconnect the battery and work in a well-ventilated area away from any open flames or sparks.
  2. Locate the VRO Pump: Identify the existing VRO pump and fuel lines on your engine. Place a rag underneath to catch any fuel drips.
  3. Disconnect Lines: Carefully disconnect the fuel inlet, fuel outlet, oil inlet, and pulse limiter hoses from the VRO pump. Disconnect the warning horn and oil tank electrical connectors.
  4. Remove Old Pump: Unbolt and remove the VRO pump assembly. Thoroughly clean the mounting surface.
  5. Install New Pump: Mount the new fuel pump assembly using the provided bolts. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  6. Connect Fuel Lines: Attach the main fuel inlet and the outlet line to the carburetor. Plug the pulse fitting on the crankcase.
  7. Disable Oil System: Since the oil pump is disconnected, you must permanently switch to premixed fuel. Disconnect and remove the oil tank.
  8. Premix Fuel: Mix your fuel and oil at a 50:1 ratio (1 pint of 2-stroke oil to 6 gallons of gasoline) before filling the tank.
  9. Final Checks: Reconnect the battery. Prime the fuel system using the primer bulb until firm. Check all connections for leaks before starting the engine.

Also if you have a clingy cat like I do, and think this will help keep them out, no, my cat who is very large can manage to squeeze underneath it.

Get a sheet room divider, or something that isnt cheaply made. Was simply making an office type space in a bedroom, to seperate the two areas for work, and folding it kept making the poles come off those twisted screws. just not worth it.

I also like the base of these, they make the divider nice and sturdy and can be adjusted if floor is uneven. Also the design of the legs allow them to go under your furniture. Also putting them together is pretty easy. Just make sure you when you are putting the poles together to make sure at the top of the pole that the indent screw hole faces out. This makes for a better look. The directions don't say which way to turn and at 1st, I had one, one way and the other was another way as both ways work that way but I wanted a uniform/better look.
