Installation Guide

1. Turn off the generator and disconnect the power source.
2. Close the raw water intake seacock.
3. Place an absorbent towel under the pump to catch any spilled water.
4. Remove the three screws securing the water pump cover.
5. Carefully remove the old impeller. You may need pliers to grip the hub.
6. Clean the inside of the pump housing and cover plate, removing any old gasket material or debris.
7. Lightly lubricate the new impeller and the inside of the housing with a suitable marine lubricant.
8. Install the new impeller, turning the shaft to bend the blades in the correct rotational direction.
9. Install the new gasket on the cover plate.
10. Reinstall the cover and tighten the screws evenly.
11. Open the seacock, restart the generator, and check for leaks.
