The Phaetus EndCoat Nozzle is designed for durability and consistent performance. Its construction from hardened steel, combined with the proprietary EndCoat coating, offers a hardness rating of HV3300. This allows for a lifespan up to 2.5 times longer than conventional hardened steel nozzles. These features make it especially suitable for printing with abrasive materials and ensure reliable operation over extended periods.

Optimized for high-speed printing

This nozzle is designed to meet the demands of high-speed printing. It features an enlarged melt zone that supports flow rates of up to 30 mm³ per second for the 0.4 mm variant and 40 mm³ per second for the 0.6 mm variant. This enables print speeds of up to 600 mm per second and ensures efficient production without compromising print quality.
