How to make cafecito with this kit
- Fill cafetera base with water to the safety valve. Add Bustelo coffee to the funnel, pack lightly, level off. Assemble and put on medium heat.
- While brewing, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to the frother cup.
- When first drops of coffee come through, capture them in the frother cup and whip on high for 30 seconds with the frother — this is the espumita.
- Pour remaining coffee into the frother, stir, serve in the mini cups.
