Black Blood CAF+ is a complex formula containing magnesium, niacin and vitamin B6 which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.* Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function*, zinc contributes to normal metabolism of fatty acids, normal protein synthesis** and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
