Based on the latest research, our High Performance Multivitamin uses the ultra-premium methylated (or active) form of B vitamins, and our minerals are in the most absorbable form possible for each individual mineral.

For extra insurance, we’ve added in plant enzymes to further support optimal absorption. This is a multivitamin that you can also customize; adjust your daily dose from 1 – 4 capsules daily based on your own lifestyle factors, such as stress, activity, diet, gender and age.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended dosage: Take 1-4 capsules daily based on personal needs. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Adult Women:
Low stress - 1 or 2 capsules
Moderate stress - 2 or 3 capsules
High stress - 3 or 4 capsules

Adult Men:
Low stress - 1 or 2 capsules
