The Lincat Silverlink 600 ESLR9C 6 Plate Electric Range Three Phase 16.5kw is a state of the art 6 plate twin fan assisted commercial electric oven. This unit is easy to clean safe and simple to use with vitreous enamelled oven liners removable floor plate and shelf supports. Being twin fan assisted for even heat distribution this provides consistent cooking results. The double insulated doors and side and back panels provides safer operation and greater efficiency.

Underneath, the powerful 6kW double oven cavity offers generous cooking capacity behind the two side-opening double doors. And as the oven is fan assisted and double insulated, the range is quickly brought up to temperature - essential for when the doors are being opened as often as they can be in a busy kitchen. The fully pressed hob and vitreous enamelled hob sections are both designed to be very easy to clean - an essential time-saving feature in a large commercial kitchen.
