Application Instructions

1. Cleanse the wound thoroughly and pat surrounding skin dry
2. Open the sterile package immediately before use — do not touch the dressing surface
3. Apply the hydrogel sheet directly to the wound bed, covering the entire wound surface
4. Apply a moisture barrier ointment or barrier film to the periwound skin to prevent maceration
5. Secure with an appropriate secondary dressing based on exudate level and change frequency
6. Change as directed by a healthcare professional — discard used dressing, do not reuse
