Primal Prediction 2.0 by Ken Dyne"Primal Prediction 2. 0 is a practical, easy to do, hard hitting effect with no angle restrictions. It has room for personality and humor and is flexible in presentation as you can use colored envelopes or write draw whatever you'd like on them. No way!" throughout the reveal of your final prediction. This is a worker that can easily fit into almost any show to add some solid, head-scratching entertainment."
- Patrick Gregoire, USA

In Primal Prediction 2.0, Ken goes in to every nuance, every detail and every application he has used the Primal Prediction method for, including:
  • A confabulation routine
  • A bank-night
  • A headline prediction
Also included in this edition are suggestions from Ken's friends, Nique Tan and Adam Kordecki, which include fantastic scripts for alternate handlings.

You do NOT need to be familiar with the original Primal Prediction - so if you missed that back when it was available, don't worry. This is the complete treatise from start to finish.

10 years can do a lot for an effect. Especially when you're performing it 2-3 times per week.

That's what's happened with Primal Prediction. Ken originally wrote Primal almost 10 years ago now and since then has continued to use it in almost every performance he gives.

As you can imagine, this has given him a really deep understanding of the routine, which has lead to some other huge developments and discoveries.

ONE EFFECT: At the beginning of your show, you select someone at random to make a choice of one of three colored envelopes (red, blue or green).

The envelope of their choice is handed to them and they're asked to keep considering their choice throughout the rest of your performance.

At the end of your show, you ask the person with the envelope to stand and make their final decision. Keep the envelope or swap it for another one.

Whatever their choice, the envelopes on stage contain large printed messages saying, 'Do NOT Pick'.

However, when the lady in the audience opens her own envelope (she opens it herself), it contains a surprise prediction of many of the things that happened during the show, choices that were made (including completely free choices with no forces), ending with a full physical description of exactly how she is dressed!

This has been part of Ken's show for more than 15 years now and it is an incredibly strong, jaw-dropping effect which relies on multiple principles woven together to make this completely impenetrable.

Suitable for groups as small as 6 and plays wonderfully on stages for thousands.
  • No gimmicked envelopes
  • No stooging
  • No 'secret' writing (that's no nail-writing or double writing)
  • No approaching people before the show
  • No glue
  • No magnets
  • No electronics
Just 3 ungimmicked envelopes and some ordinary pieces of paper.

All kinds of magicians and mentalists around the world have been using the original Primal Prediction in their show for years and now you can finally get Ken's complete thoughts on the true potential of this incredible performance piece.

The popularity of the effect down to its incredibly high-impact climax, its simplicity to 'set up' and perform, and the fact it folds completely flat - it's 3 envelopes! Plus you can easily theme this to your group.

Entertainers who are using Primal Prediction include:
  • Corporate magicians/mentalists
  • Family/children's entertainers
  • Tradeshow entertainers
  • Church entertainers
  • and many others too
Inside there's additional material from Colin McLeod, Adam Kordecki, Nique Tan and now a bonus video from Patrick Gregoire too.

"The method is genius and unlike a lot of slow, boring mentalism that you see a lot, this a highly entertaining routine that I've already had great reactions from. Ken's years of performing this are obvious through the experiences shared inside - Primal Prediction is a hugely underpriced real-world working routine."

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
