Indicated For — Wound Types

• Tunneling wounds — the primary indication, wounds with narrow or deep tracts the flat matrix cannot access
• Sinus tracts requiring collagen ORC silver delivery at wound depth
• Undermined wounds — broad shallow undermining where a rope can be packed along the undermined margins
• Deep cavity wounds — pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and post-surgical cavities with significant depth
• Diabetic foot ulcers with tunneling or undermining
• Venous leg ulcers with cavity components
• Pressure injuries Stage 3–4 with depth

Contraindications: Not indicated for third-degree burns, wounds with necrotic tissue, or patients with known sensitivity to silver, ORC, or collagen. May be used on infected wounds only when proper medical treatment is addressing the underlying infection. MRI Unsafe — remove before MRI.
