"A lively, fruity, off-dry expression with aromas and flavours of apple and apricot nectar, some fine wet chalk mineral qualities, apple flesh, white peach and a whisper of spice. Medium acid line and balanced even finish. The is a very easy drinking expression with a core of fruit and gentle sweetness that will suit most moderately spiced fare.
