Gozney Dome LogsWe have two log types for Gozney Dome. Our hardwood "Shorties" are made from British ash, 15cm long and 6 10cm across, small enough to tuck them in the curve of the oven but big enough to burn for ages! Our 20cm beech wood splits also work a dream in the Dome, burning a little longer and creating longer lasting embers. Both sizes are Ready to Burn, kiln dried to around 15% moisture so they light super easily and burn with high, clean heat. Shorties

Shorties and splits are for adding to a hot bed of embers, not heating up the oven - you’ll also need hardwood kindling to heat up your oven. Buy one of our Gozney Dome Bundles if you want firelighters and hardwood kindling included.
