Indications and Usage
Thiamine Hydrochloride Injection is indicated for the treatment and prevention of thiamine deficiency, including:
- Beriberi (dry and wet forms)
- Wernicke’s encephalopathy and Korsakoff’s syndrome
- Thiamine deficiency due to alcoholism, malnutrition, or chronic illness
- Supplementation in parenteral nutrition when oral intake is insufficient

How Supplied
10 mL sterile multiple-dose vial: Each mL contains Thiamine Hydrochloride USP 100 mg, 5 mg Chlorobutanol NF (preservative), and 5 mg Monothioglycerol in Water for Injection USP.
Storage
Store at 15–30°C (59–86°F). Protect from light. Do not freeze. Use under medical guidance.
