LAMIA started as a tacticool OC built around a simple idea—someone who looks like they’ve stepped out of a high-risk situation, but still feels grounded and human (?). Rather than leaning into an overly heavy or dark concept, I focused on a more approachable direction: a tactical ponytail tomboy with a calm, composed presence. That balance between functional gear and a subtle personality became the core of the character. For this plush, I focused less on making it simply “cute” and more on preserving LAMIA’s overall vibe. Rather than a heavily stylized doll, it’s meant to feel like a scaled-down version of the character itself. From the tactical gear and silhouette to the color tones, I paid close attention to the small details so the original impression wouldn’t be lost. It may be small enough to fit in your hands, but I wanted LAMIA’s presence to still come through. LAMIA is the kind of character who quietly stays by your side. Not overly expressive, but always there—watching, in a way. Because of that, I hope this plush feels like more than just decoration, but something that naturally blends into your space, whether it’s on your desk or tucked into a corner of your room.
