Food supplement
NOW® Gamma E Complex contains a mixture of natural forms of vitamin E - tocopherols and tocotrienols. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative (antioxidant) stress. New research shows that gamma-tocopherol, which is the most abundant form of vitamin E in food, has very important and unique functions. These functions focus on the ability to detoxify reactive nitrogen species, which are an extremely destructive form of free radicals. Additionally, gamma-tocopherol captures and removes free radicals from the body in a way that alpha-tocopherol cannot. Gamma E Complex by NOW® contains a more natural proportion of tocopherols plus a full set of tocotrienols.
The content of active substances in the daily portion of the product: gamma tocopherol contained in the tocopherol mixture: 200 mg; tocotrienols contained in a mixture of tocotrienol and tocopherol: 1.5 mg; tocopherols contained in a mixture of tocotrienol and tocopherol: 8.5 mg.
The product is manufactured to the GMP standard. To maintain the safety and satisfaction of its customers, NOW Foods uses pharmacopoeial quality raw materials and its suppliers are regularly audited.

Note: contains residues of ingredients from soy processing. People with known hypersensitivity to soy should exercise caution or refrain from consuming the product.
No wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish or crustaceans were used in the production process . Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Love This Stuff!
I have skin allergies to anything with fragrance, so I get a lot of eczema flare ups. Not only does this not cause flare ups, but it helps soothe any irritation I have on my face. It’s also not too heavy and doesn’t leave a film feeling or cause breakouts like a lot of the other creams I’ve tried with colloidal oatmeal. Really love that they were able to work such a helpful, soothing ingredient into such a nice formula!

Burns
Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin.
Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!

Absolutely worth the money!!
I'm 38 and I've never had eczema but I did always have sensitive skin. About a week ago I noticed a dry patch under my eyelid and boy did it flare up very quickly. I tried several plant based products for eczema but it just burned. I decided this product would be my final purchase before going to urgent care.
I received this product 2 days ago. After reading the reviews I decided to slowly add this to my skin. Now it did burn on the part that was super worse than the other so I made sure to put very thin amounts till my skin could handle a thick application. Id say I put the cream on about 6times the first day by the next day I could already see the difference the swelling and redness went away. The second day I did the same no more slight burning my skin is still dry but it is healing.
I would definitely give it a try if you're experiencing eczema for your first time!

Itch-Free Face :)
This cream made a difference day one! It soothed the skin around my eyes and eyelids plus on my face. I forgot to wash my face one night and my skin was still outbreak free and felt so smooth. I haven't had itchy skin since I started using this cream. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
