Ripe exotic fruits, white peach and orange blossom, with underlying citrus flavours and a touch of cardamon and ginger. The palate shows good fruit concentration, and a wonderful balance between texture, fruit weight and acidity.

Their Seaview Vineyard in the Awatere Valley is exposed to some of the toughest growing conditions in Marlborough; high sunshine and wind, cool nights and low rainfall which produces a smaller, thicker skinned berry with intense fruit flavours. The cool site regularly commences harvest up to one week later than other sub regions. All three of these aromatic varieties sit on sheltered, north facing slopes. The soil is predominantly windblown loess.

They were incredibly lucky to be able to continue to create these wines during the global pandemic crisis. For this reason, the 2020 wines carry some very unique memories. The 2020 growing season was very dry, which meant disease pressure was low and some timely light rains kept just enough water flowing in their rivers. They had a classic Marlborough autumn with warm days and cool nights, which created this season’s wines with their signature fresh natural acidity and intense fruit flavours.

Fruit from contrasting areas in the Seaview Vineyard was selected for this wine and harvested individually. The fruit was de-stemmed then pressed gently prior to cold settling for 72 hours. The clear juice was then racked off and each parcel was fermented separately using a specially selected yeast to enhance varietal character. A long cool fermentation followed to capture and enhance the pure aromatics. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.

Food Pairing: Beautifully matched with all Asian cuisine, braised pork belly and warm apple pie.

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

Good for my collection.
Format: Hardcover
This was another quick and entertaining read. This instalment wasn't as enjoyable as some of the other books but it was still good. I'm glad to have it in my collection.
