Prodotto con uve Pinot Noir e Chardonnay, matura per almeno 12 mesi sui lieviti, sviluppando un profilo aromatico complesso e intrigante. Un Champagne Brut che seduce con il suo carattere e la sua finezza.
Uvaggio: Pinot Noir 90%, Chardonnay 10%.

Note degustative: Colore giallo paglierino luminoso e un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso si percepiscono aromi di frutta a polpa bianca, agrumi e fiori bianchi, accompagnati da note di lievito e brioche. Al palato è fresco, sapido ed equilibrato, con un finale lungo e minerale.
