UNS Livestock Holding SystemThe Livestock Holding Tank includes 16 individual livestock tanks, all plumbed to a sump at the bottom of the stand. Each tank features a separate ball valve connected to the return nozzle, enabling customized flow for each display. Every tank is equipped with a force drain at the bottom to remove detritus during water changes. The systems left side has a main drain line with three horizontal ball valves, allowing for quick and efficient water changes

Display Tank Features

Sump Features

• Full glass sump allows for easy cleaning with an algae scraper.
• PVC frame and lid on face chambers secure the plumbing in place within the sump.
• PVC filter sock holder in the second chamber for easy removal and maintenance of filter socks. 
• Return pump connects to a T-joint with a ball valve, enabling a “flush” option within the sump; turning the ball valve closest to the Pump forces water to be pushed through the force drains within the sump, kicking up hard-to-reach detritus, washing media within the sump, and allowing for easy removal during maintenance.
