The base set has 72 cards and is broken down into several subsets. The Curse of Frankenstein and Dracula (1958) each get a handful of cards as do actors Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing. Other themes include early Hammer science fiction, monsters and the ladies who appeared. Autographs are inserted 1:27 packs. So while that should mean one per box, there’s the small chance of landing a second one. The most valuable of the autographs is David Prowse, best known for playing Darth Vader. Not only does he have the star power, but his autograph is a short print as well. Other signers include Caroline Munro and Madeline Smith. A total of 20 artists contributed sketch cards to 2008 Strictly Ink Hammer Horror. These are inserted just under 1:4 boxes. The only other inserts found in packs are nine Foil Movie Posters cards
