The pendant and necklace is made out of 14K white gold plate over 316L surgical grade stainless steel. The high polished shiny heart pendant surrounds a flawless 6.5mm cubic zirconia, and is embellished with smaller cubic zirconia adding sparkle and shine.
Included with the pendant is an 18 inch (45.7 cm) cable chain with 4 inch (10.2 cm) extension and lobster clasp.
