The Archival Methods Flat Storage Box provides you with a safe and secure place to store documents, photos and other items. The acid-free construction will not degrade over time and harm the contents. The bottom edges are all finished in metal to provide additional security and durability to the box when stored or transported.
- Smooth plate finish free from knots and abrasive particles
- Made from fully bleached, high alpha cellulose pulp. It does not contain any post consumer waste recycled pulp. Paper is free of metal particles, waxes, plasticizers, residual bleach, peroxide, sulfur content is less than 0.0008% reducible sulfur
- The lignin content is measured by the phloroglucinol test with a Kappa number of 5 or less
- Metallic Impurities, Iron will not exceed 150 ppm and copper shall not exceed 6 ppm. No optical brightening agents are used in the pulp
- The paper contains a minimum of 3% calcium carbonate (CaCO3) with a pH range 8-9.5
- Alkaline or neutral sizing are used. No alum rosin or rosin sizing are used.
- Color dyes are light-fast and non-bleeding
- Board will not degrade and cause harm to artifacts stored in boxes made from this paper
- This paper passes the PAT (Photographic Activity Test) ISO 14523 formally ANSI IT9.16

A very thorough "How-To"!

This book is full of tons of resources and recommended tools to guide you along the way from a to z.. At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Loved all the useful real-world tips that some Airbnb property owners just may overlook... as well as the BONUS materials at the end too!

Just the guide that I needed!

Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb

This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
