Instructions

Directions for Use
Begin with one tablespoon per day and work up. For maximum benefits, after one week of initial use we recommend taking one bottle per week.

No two people are alike. Some people will take in more liberal quantities, even several ounces a day, whenever they need a boost. Work your way up at your own pace. Trust your intuition.

We suggest drinking a few ounces of pure water after each use.

Keep frozen until ready to use.

For Fast Defrost Place frozen bottle in cool water for 15 minutes, then pour 1/4 off into separate container to drink, or store in fridge. Place the remaining frozen portion (still in the original bottle) back in the freezer.

For Slower Defrost Place full bottle in fridge for a few hours. Pour off a your thawed supply into another container to drink or store in fridge.

Important to Keep Frozen... When defrosted, BrainON must be kept cold and refrigerated - shelf life in the fridge is 7-10 days.
