Reproduction of Patterns of the Amazon I by Kathrine Lovell

Kathrine Lovell — "Patterns of the Amazon I". This work represents a significant contribution to the contemporary discourse on decorative abstraction, drawing upon a rich lineage of ethnographic art and modernist pattern design. Lovell’s approach aligns with a broader trend in late 20th and early 21st-century art that seeks to reconcile cultural specificity with universal aesthetic principles. The composition is structured as a grid, a formal device that echoes the principles of modernist abstraction while simultaneously referencing the modular organization of traditional textile designs. The use of a limited, earthy palette—dominated by warm beige and punctuated by a deep charcoal—creates a harmonious yet dynamic visual field, where the contrast between the lines and the ground is both subtle and deliberate. This is not a work of pure ornamentation; rather, it is a thoughtful synthesis of form and content, where the visual rhythm of the patterns serves as a metaphor for the interconnectedness of natural and human systems. The artist’s meticulous line work, characterized by its consistent weight and measured precision, suggests a deep respect for the craft of pattern-making, while the overall composition evokes a sense of order and balance that is both intellectually satisfying and aesthetically pleasing. In its quiet complexity, "Patterns of the Amazon I" stands as a testament to the enduring power of pattern as a means of cultural expression and visual communication.

Strong Enough for BBQ Ribs, Pasta & Everything in Between!
Size: Extra Large (Pack of 1)
These Dixie Ultra paper plates are truly the heavyweight champs of disposable dinnerware. I grabbed them for a backyard BBQ, expecting the usual paper plate struggle—but these held up like actual dinner plates. We piled on ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, and even mac & cheese, and not a single plate buckled, soaked through, or leaked. At 11 inches, they’re large enough for full meals (and seconds!), and the cut-resistant coating means no forks poking through. They're also microwave-safe, which is great for leftovers. Whether it's dinner with kids, hosting guests, or avoiding dishes during busy weeks—these are now my go-to. Totally worth it!

Much larger than my regular plates and they feel more sturdy than the other plates for the value of the product

Great value for your money. These are sturdy aluminum pans. Also great for cooking-baking in the oven.

Exactly what I needed
Size: 100 Pack
These are great for making cleanup from cooking easier. Like most disposable pans, these are a little on the flimsy side when loaded with food, but I either put them on a cookie sheet or inside another baking pan for loading into and out of the oven, and they work great that way.

Horrible quality. Manufacturer has created absolute junk.
Size: 100 Pack
I have bought these pans many times and I’ve been very happy with them. However, the most recent batch I got of 100 was shockingly inferior to what I received before they are of such poor quality that they bend like a piece of aluminum foil. they are dangerous to cook with if you pick them up. They just bend. Usually, they are packed in a carton which then is inside the Amazon box. This time, they were just in the Amazon carton and then arrived crumpled and crushed. Wherever they bought them from is a disgrace. I will never buy them again. They are a disaster and dangerous to use in your oven.
