Considerably lighter than conventional ironing boards and fitted with a unique ironing surface - the Leifheit Air Board M Compact Plus. Its special cover with Thermo Reflect technology reflects steam and heat from the iron, instead of letting it evaporate through the ironing surface. Thanks to the two-sided ironing effect, the laundry is ironed on both sides at the same time. Setting up and putting away the Air Board M Compact Plus is simple with the ironing surface that's made with an ultra-light special plastic. This makes the Air Board M Compact Plus lighter than any other conventional expanded metal ironing board. The 120 x 38 cm ironing surface rests on a completely stable frame which can, in addition, stabilise on uneven floors. Height adjustable, the board can be raised to a maximum working height of 98 cm. The ironing board is equipped with a fixed iron rest, plug socket and a cable holder to prevent power cables getting in the way of ironing. Thermo Reflect Technology makes this ironing board ideal for using with standard irons and steam irons. Leifheit recommends its Air Board Express range of ironing boards for use with steam generator irons.
