INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to the Identify & Manage WHS Hazards Associated with Plant course. This course only includes a challenge assessment designed to assess your knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competence in identifying, assessing, recording, reporting, controlling, communicating and monitoring WHS hazards and risks associated with plant maintenance and use according to workplace plant information, organisational procedures, consultation requirements and WHS risk control requirements.

Identifying and managing WHS hazards associated with plant involves accessing relevant WHS information, data and advice, inspecting plant items, confirming how plant is used, identifying hazards arising from plant condition, suitability, location and abnormal situations, and consulting others to confirm plant-related hazard identification. This work is important because plant can create significant WHS risks when maintenance, use, condition, controls, competency requirements, registration, licensing or certification arrangements are not properly identified, assessed, communicated, monitored and recorded.

The course assessment focuses on your ability to identify WHS hazards associated with plant maintenance and use; access WHS information, data and advice; inspect plant and confirm use according to procedures; determine hazards from plant use, condition, suitability, location and abnormal situations; consult others to confirm hazards; record and report plant hazards; assess WHS risks and consult required personnel; record and report risk assessment outcomes; develop risk controls for safe maintenance and use; apply the hierarchy of control; consult internal and specialist personnel about controls; communicate workplace rights, obligations and duties; monitor, record and report control effectiveness; and manage plant registration, licensing, certification, training needs, skill gaps and training records.

By successfully completing this course assessment, you will have demonstrated that you can identify and manage WHS hazards associated with plant by accessing relevant information, inspecting plant use and condition, confirming hazards through consultation, assessing and documenting risks, selecting and communicating suitable controls, monitoring control effectiveness and managing plant-related registration, licensing, certification and training requirements.

Not for chewers
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Yellow, Size: 8 Inch, Color: Yellow
My dog managed to pop this and completely chew through it in a matter of 4 days. It was definitely cute and she loved the size of it but with her chewing all the way to the core we have to get rid of it. I thought it was a good material but I guess I was wrong. Kind of sad considering the money spent only lasted 4 days

Great dog toy
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Pink
The amount of stupid and cute these dogs look like when they shake this ball and smack their own faces! It took a hot second for either dog to understand where to bite on the ball, but now that they do, they both will play with it for a while. Great purchase, came with a pump to blow the ball up.

Wonderful
Size: 9 Inch, Color: Red
Just bought my second one for my German shepherd. 1st one I bought a year ago. She managed to pop it within a few days. She still was able to play with it by grabbing ahold of the straps. Takes it everywhere. We call it her tether ball. Should've seen her when we got the new one out of the box. Hasn't left it alone since.
