ULTRA FIBER: The performance of a standard organic friction material useally suffers after slipping, accordingly EXEDY have developed the “Ultra Fiber” asbestos free material which retains high friction co-efficiency after being subjected to conditions associated with motor-sport applications and unlike competitors materials, if “fade” is experienced the EXEDY “Ultra Fiber” material will recover after a cooling down period.
CLUTCH COVER: These clutch covers are designed to achieve a clamping load that is 40% higher than the genuine part enabling a higher torque transmitting capacity. Ductile material is used for all p.plate and high burst strength can be achieved in all temperature ranges. Applications for thin R metal disc and genuine thickness (Thick S metal disc and organic disc) are available.
RACING FLYWHEEL: The all-new EXEDY flywheel combines low weight, low inertia and high thermal capacity. It is designed for lightly tuned racing cars for Gymkhana and Dirt trial events, as well as street usage. Unlike conventional lightweight products, this flywheel provides better response and output in high speed operation without sacrificing low-speed torque. |

Works perfect for BMW S63 engine.
I used this to change the oil on my BMW M8 with the S63 engine. It was a perfect fit. It extended far enough onto the filter housing to be quite secure with no risk of slipping off and stripping the housing. It was snug on the housing and did not bind up due to having a loose fit. The tool feels well-built and I suspect it will outlive me given my occasional personal use. It would still probably hold up well even for daily shop use as long as it was not abused (repeatedly dropped, slammed around, etc).
