It must have taken hours and hours to make because there is so much attention to detail. Rather than use fabric as the base for the circles, the artist crocheted circles (see back of necklace). The necklace is in good condition. Measurements are shown in the pics.
It is made sturdy and strong, intended to last many, many years.
