Product Information:
The AIWA HM-AX55 was released in September 1999. It is dedicated to disc playback, and does not have disc recording functionality. 
With a maximum headphone output of 8mW per channel this player is extremely loud compared to other models.
It weighs 67 grams without a battery or disc installed. 
It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack for audio output.

Main Features
*The AM-HX55's wavy, iridescent finish changes colors as the viewing angle changes. Two base colors - metallic blue and white - change to purple and light blue, respectively, when the unit is viewed from different angles.
*The compact and lightweight body fits into a shirt pocket. 71.6mm wide x 14.5mm high x 78.5mm deep, and weighing only 91g (including rechargeable battery).
*50 hours of continuous playback, using both the rechargeable battery and alkaline batteries.
*Program search function allows listeners to see the title of every track and select the ones they want to hear. Listeners can view the titles on the remote control unit's LCD panel even while a disc plays.
*25-track programmable playback function lets users select up to 25 tracks and play them in any order
*40-second skip preventing memory eliminates skips caused by shock and vibration.
*Convenient alarm functions. The alarm is programmable from 10 minutes up to 180 minutes, with a duration of up to 30 seconds. This convenient feature reminds listeners when their bus or train stop is coming up, and can help time workouts.
