Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished

Cast using the traditional lost-wax method, every surface of this life-size bronze tiger statue rewards close inspection. The fur is rendered in high relief across the flanks, shoulders, and haunches, with individual striations carved into the wax model before casting and refined by hand after. The finish is a deep dark brown-black patina, applied in controlled layers to accentuate the musculature beneath the coat.
