Full of humour, suspense and some entrepreneurial fun, Adam's story is also a gentle lesson on the thrills of childhood reading, exploration and showing care for the world we live in and the creatures we share it with. (The book also stars his mum and dad, but not his brother or sister who seem slightly miffed by this omission.)
