This colorful, rocking sculpture establishes a focal point in your yard or garden with its striking blue and white body and moving wings. The outstretched wings are affixed to the body of the blue jay while a joint between them makes for realistic beating movements. The painted blue and white body and wings are contrasted with the iconic black necklace and white wing-bars, for realistic and recognizable plumage. Numerous feather shapes adorn each corrugated metal wing and enhance their movement. The body of the bird is completed by a defined, feathered tail, a head crowned with a prominent crest, and deep blue beak. This attractive blue jay attaches to an arched steel rod completed by a spherical steel counterweight.
