PLEASE NOTE : Only lime green and red/orange tetrahedrons are NFPA compliant. If you order a helmet with black, silver, white or other tets your tets will be shipped loose from phenix with standard NFPA tets on the helmet per their policy. This goes for Bourkes as well. Only OSHA NON-NFPA helmets will have Bourkes and colored tets installed at factory.
PLEASE EXPECT 10-15 weeks delivery for "custom" builds.
